For this Project, I wanted to focus on reflecting the cultural and historical influences that impacted Rudyard Kipling's original writing of The Jungle Book while creating a cover that could be enjoyed by all age groups, much like the original story. The main issue I faced while creating this project was making very conservative changes to my cover until specifically prompted to do something dramatically different. Once I realized this, I made a big change to my border and flower to make the cover more aesthetically pleasing and better reflect the story and the culture surrounding it.
