For this project, I had to create an image mark for Moontower Counseling. Moontower Counseling is a virtual therapy service based in Austin, they support 'queer and kinky' individuals. In my research, I found that they had a strong mission and a strong niche, but they lacked an image mark that made them feel professional and reliable. While designing, that became my focus. I needed to make this brand and company filled with personality seem reliable, professional, and welcoming to all. I decided to make a simple image mark that focused on the togetherness of individuals who are 'different' coming together to make something. In this case, they come together to make the letter M, showing the community Moontower Counseling hopes to build.
Final image mark made over the semester while working on all branding for Moontower Counseling, made in Illustrator and InDesign, and turned in to Professor Kyleene Finley.
